The Imperial City

The jewel at the heart of Cyrodiil, where power, culture, and conflict converge beneath the White-Gold Tower.

The Imperial City stands as the ancient and political heart of the Empire. Built upon the ruins of the Ayleids and crowned by the White-Gold Tower, its walls have witnessed empires rise and fall. Merchants, scholars, soldiers, and wanderers from every province have walked its avenues, drawn by the promise of power, knowledge, or fortune.
Though centuries of history weigh heavily upon its stones, the city endures — a living testament to Imperial ambition and the center from which the fate of nations is shaped.

The Forward Base

At the edge of order and wilderness, the Forward Base stands as the Empire’s lifeline — a bastion of trade, supply, and diplomacy beyond the city walls.

The Forward Base was established by the Empire to secure vital trade routes and maintain a steady flow of resources to the Imperial City. From this fortified hub, merchants barter with local settlements, soldiers safeguard the area, and couriers carry news from the surrounding countryside.
Here, the Empire’s influence meets the untamed frontier. Crates of grain, ore, and alchemical goods pass through its gates daily, ensuring the capital’s heart never falters. For many, the Forward Base is more than a supply post — it is a symbol of unity between the Imperial legions and the freefolk who dwell beyond the city’s reach.
