Across Tamriel, abandoned ruins, forgotten fortresses, and ancient civilizations slowly disappear beneath thick forests, endless swamps, and untamed wilderness. Moss creeps across old stone walls, towering trees split ancient foundations, and wildlife returns to lands once ruled by mortals.
For this community building event, our builders embraced that idea.
The challenge was simple: create a location where nature has reclaimed civilization. Whether inspired by the dense forests of Skyrim, the mysterious swamps of Black Marsh, or forgotten ruins hidden deep within the wilderness, each build tells its own story.
Here are this event’s featured creations.
The Xanmeer

Hidden deep within a massive custom-built swamp lies an ancient Argonian Xanmeer. Rising above the mist-covered wetlands, this stepped pyramid serves as a reminder of one of Tamriel’s oldest civilizations.

The West Wall Ruins

Long ago, the West Wall stood proudly along the western border of Vellhaven, protecting its people from danger beyond.
Time, however, has not been kind.
After decades of neglect, the mighty fortifications have crumbled into weathered stone, while vines, trees, and thick vegetation slowly reclaim what was once built by human hands. The ruins now stand as a peaceful reminder that nature always outlasts civilization.
