VampireVampirism, Noxiphilic Sanguivoria, is a disease that transforms infected players into vampires: feared, blood-drinking creatures of the night. Becoming a vampire also unlocks the Eviscerate and Vampiric Drain skills.
You can contract Noxiphilic Sanguivoria from vampire NPCs. These vampires spawn at night under a certain phase of the moon. If you're infected, you can cure the infection by visiting a Priest of Arkay or accepting the curse at the hidden vampire lair in the Imperial City.
